You are here: Home » R.Kelly Trial 2008 » Hell Naw- R.Kelly Trial Defense team already finished?
Naw you are not about to tell me that this case has been dragging on for years now and less then two days of defense is all we have to hear from R.Kelly people. Either Kelz is sure that he is going to get off scott free or he wants to keep it short and simple.
.
The decision by Kelly’s defense team means the jury won’t hear from the singer — or from the woman who prosecutors say appears on the sex videotape at the heart of the case. Now 23, she was 13 to 16 when Kelly recorded them having sex, prosecutors contend. She told a grand jury it isn’t her on the tape. She was a possible defense witness.
Whether or not the child porn star is guilty or not, it is clear that this dude has a problem. When you carry around your video-tapes of your sexual encounters with women in a duffle bag m then you need help!
I guess R.Kelly is an R&B thug. Just call him a duffle bag boy.
More in the case, Conflicting pictures emerge of alleged R. Kelly victim…….Even the family of the alleged victim in the R. Kelly child pornography trial doesn't seem to agree about her, especially about whether she's on a 27-minute sex tape that could send the R&B star to prison for up to 15 year if convicted.
They cant name her name because she is in a child-porn case.
According toAssociated Press Singer Stephanie "Sparkle" Edwards, best known for the 1998 duet "Be Careful" with Kelly and is a relative of the alleged victim, introduced her to Kelly at a music studio when the girl was around 13 and Kelly was around 30, Edwards testified.
"He liked her spirit," a teary-eyed Edwards told jurors. "She was a very jolly person." The girl was fond of Kelly "as a father figure," recalled Edwards, adding she didn't suspect a sexual relationship until news broke years later about the tape.
