Communications Coordinator

Education: BA, 4 year degree
Position Summary:
The Communications Coordinator provides basic writing and production support and other technical assistance for a variety of communications materials and events. This person is responsible for seeing communication strategies through to the end of the production process and serves as the backup for communications related issues. The Coordinator also fields inquiries and provides information to associates on internal communications services and programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with levels within the organization
2 years recent related experience in a deadline-oriented environment.
Communications and meeting planning experience preferred.
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of scanner and use of digital camera.
Basic knowledge of FrontPage and html a plus
