Now there is word that the plastic surgeon has past run-ins with claims being filed on him and reports DUI’s. [This seems like a case of Jan Adams running for president-His life will be scrutinize here after]
Jan Adams is the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon that performed a tummy tuck and breast reduction on Donda West before she died.
Adams was referred to Donda West by Oprah. Adams was also featured on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Look at Video Here !!!

CNN reports that In August of 2001 he was ordered to pay
$250,000
in one claim.
In September of 2001, he was ordered to pay $217,337 in another malpractice judgment.

In April of this year, the Executive Director of the California Medical Board asked the state to consider revoking or suspending Adams' physician and surgeon's certificate.

What has been one of the shocking moments in entertainment, the surgeon has the nerve to say he has nothing to do with her death.


Autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday November 14,2007 Dr. West was advised not to go through with it the procedure because of her age. …

The word was if she wanted to go through with it … she needed something called a medical clearance.
