If the famous magazine “The New Yorkerr” have not lost their mind on some of their other cover story art… they have really lost it now. As you see above.. the magazine has lost their ever loving mind……

The Illinois senator is depicted in traditional Muslim garb in the Barry Blitt illustration set in the Oval Office. His wife, Michelle, is in fatigues, sporting an Angela Davis-style sky-high Afro, an AK-47 slung over her shoulder.
“The New Yorker may think, as one of their staff explained to us, that their cover is a satirical lampoon of the caricature Sen. Obama’s right-wing critics have tried to create. But most readers will see it as tasteless and offensive. And we agree,” Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton said.
New Yorker editor David Remnick seemed shocked by the backlash. “Our cover … combines a number of fantastical images about the Obamas and shows them for the obvious distortions they are,” he said in a statement.
Obama brushed off the brouhaha. “I have no response to that,” he told reporters when asked about the cover, but his supporters are infuriated.

You have to admire the strength and courage this man possesses….. As it has been done before OBAMA will prevail over the impugning display of injustice.

I can't beleive this sh*t can't we grow up yet.
This is not comedy and any one who thinks that it is funny should sit back and take a long look at their morals

These distraction campaigns are to blind you and I guarantee that if researched, all lines would link back to the White House. Many forget that it's called the "White House" for a reason. The person or persons behind all of this don't want Obama in the White House and would rather deal with that little person John McCain and his out of control tirads then brother man, Obama. And there are too many idiots in this country who feel that in secret, he's some how associated with Osama.

The purpose of the cover was to address the stereotypes and projected fears America has about the Obamas. It is pure satire and in my opinion the smear campaign comes into play with all the chatter about how "offended" one should be at the New Yorker. I've ben trying to read the article ... and without the article I side with the cartoonist and those who can uplift a mirror to this country's bigotry.

Critic, man you hit it on the nail, some of these uneducated or even the super educated professionals believe that Obama has something to do with Osama Bin Ladin and that is some foolish shit!

This country is full of fugazi activity and we are now seeing it and this is totally blatant the naked eye.

I want a President who will make changes that would equally help all. (That's not going to happen!) Sending out "welfare" checks like Bush did with the disguised stimulus check is whack and didn't help. (Do you know peeps have to pay taxes on those checks?) Bush should have sent "a milli" of oil profit/Iraq/Afghanistan money to every one in the US who's not rich. Instead that money is going to him and his crew. Bush and company totally raped this country with white entitlement and financial gain. He got us in a war that we can't get out. The British fought the same war with Iraq for 11 years before they left. I support the troops but I don't support the war. I also believe that no person of color should be fighting a white man's war! I'd rather see you in college fighting for good grades! They should take note of this history footnote. He also made the US, a nation of people who don't have compassion nor understanding of other cultures. You don't build US military bases in Muslim countries that don't want them. That's like Jewish people keeping money in Palestine bank. (Well, that actually happened a couple of years ago and they were keeping it on the low...) When he added his so called religious component into the mix as you can see all hell broke loose. If Barack makes it in, he has to perform serious damage control to clean up what Bush left and with the current state of affairs that will take 3 years or more. Barack also has to satisfy those who got him in the White House (the rich and corporations), then to the "peons" in Middle Class, hoods and no class. America is still racist and white people fear the possible Muslim thing with Barack. They also feel that he will do "special favors" for black people. Barack has to play both sides of the railroad track. So this President's race is going to be a battle with a whole lot of effen shenanigans! Delano, I feel you from your view point but this is a "wag the dog" scenario. And Premier, thanks for the comment and you're also right. Both of you continue to seek and know the truth but keep in mind that those individuals who started this "Distraction Campaign" are currently inside the White House and are of other "groups" that don't want Barack as President. And from their current actions it proves that for right now, they're the true P.I.M.P.s of this nation.
