K'orus Celebrates Star Studded Atlanta Launch-Russell Simmons, Sanaa Lathan, Boris Kudjoe, Cynthia Bailey, Toast to K'orus Wine

K'orus Wine hosted its official Georgia launch event Saturday, March 8th at Atlanta's Uptown Restaurant, celebrating the birthdays of actor Boris Kodjoe and model Cynthia Bailey.

After being enthralled in the excitement of various black mega stars, it was such an eye opener to how eventful a night could be with wine and good people. Uptown lounge looked like you stepped into a night at the Savoy plastered with mocha –skin professionals there to celebrate model Cynthia Bailey’s birthday and Boris Kudjoe.

As I paraded through the crowd to capture great still images of some of the black A-listers, somehow I manage to speak with Kedar Massenburg the mastermind behind Kedar Entertainment and he mention to me that Boris was one of his most favorite people and he was glad to be there.

Kedar Massenburg, the music pioneer credited with coining the term "neo-soul" to describe a new music genre and the discovery of such artists as Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, India.Arie and Kem, invigorated the music business with a bold new direction. Jean Sebastien Robicquet, a renowned expert on French wine and spirits boasts a family history of industry excellence that that traces back to the 17th century. Together they create K'orus, a brand that like its name, eminates the idea of harmony, joy, friendship and melodius good taste.

Even the waitresses were flawless at this event, matched with the decorum of white wavy linen curtains and plush seating fitted for the V.I.P ambience. Everyone in the building seems to be having a lovely time even Manager of Ludacris -Chaka Zulu of DTP Records. As the night moved to an end it was apparent that it was a fabulous night with all of the drunken celebrities. If you ever wondered how fantastic this elegant wine is just know that K'orus is an exquisite French wine that offers three delicious varietals - Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
