Flo Rida's "Low" claims the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for a second straight week, holding off Alicia Keys’ “No One,” which hangs onto the two spot. Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic remains at number three, Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain stays steady in the four spot and Soulja Boy's "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" blitzes back into the top tier at five. Fergie's "Clumsy" falls to six, Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" holds strong at number seven and Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" declines to eight. Sara Bareilles' "Love Song" continues to occupy number nine and Jordin Sparks' "Tattoo" rounds out the top ten.
