This has come to a surprise to us but the music industry downloading craze is just about to heat up !Sony BMG has confirmed that they have made an agreement that will allow Amazon.com to sell tracks from their artists without copy protection. That means that the songs can be played on any portable music player. According to the BBC, all of Sony’s catalog will appear on Amazon’s MP3 store by the end of January. It makes Amazon the only company to be selling MP3s from the four major music companies without the copy protection, immediately making the online store a far more significant rival of Apple’s iTunes.
