Hosea Thomas and Pardon Thomas

Hosea Thomas, 34, and Pardon Thomas, 40, were each indicted on charges of murder and felonious assault.
Police said the May 3, 2006, shootings followed a Roselawn nightclub dispute between the pair and friends of rap artists T.I. and Yung Joc, who had performed earlier at Bogart’s.

Members of T.I.'s entourage left Club Ritz after 3:30 a.m., police said, and two vehicles pulled alongside their vans on Seymour Avenue and the occupants opened fire.
